To find out how we can help you, all you need to do is take the first step...

Getting Started

The first step is to contact our offices and arrange your first meeting.

During this meeting, you can expect to discuss the following:

  • All about you - your age, your occupation, your health and family status

  • Your financial goals

  • Your income and expenses

  • Your assets, investments and debts

  • Your tax situation

  • Your super and insurance details

  • Your estate planning

We Prepare Your Strategy

We take all of the information we collected in our first meeting and use this to prepare a personalized statement of advice (SOA). Within this SOA we will list all recommendations that we believe are most suitable to your current situation, goals and objectives. These recommendations are thoroughly researched and crosschecked to ensure you’re getting the most competitive products.

We then present this information to you in a second meeting. During this meeting we lay everything on the table in a clear and concise manner and encourage you to ask as many questions as possible. We do everything we can to ensure you understand our strategy as well as the advantages and disadvantages of proceeding with the elected recommendations.

It's Your Call

After our meeting, you decide whether or not you want to take the next step. Once you sign the dotted line, we take care of everything. This includes:

  • All paperwork

  • Filing of all applications

  • The merge of your superannuation accounts...

  • And more...

In 12 months time, we prepare a review report that assesses your progress to date. We ensure your advice remains appropriate and that you’re on track to achieving your financial goals. This happens annually in a bid to ensure you’re making progress and that your policies, superannuation investments and estate planning are both current and competitive.

How do we charge?

Our annual fee is deducted from your investment/super balance. We do not charge our clients any fees for personal insurance. Any upfront fees are fully disclosed before you accept our advice. We welcome any questions or queries regarding our fee structure and are more than happy to discuss this openly at our first meeting.
